I’m Sarah Stanis, Chief Experience Officer. I care deeply about how a space feels and the art of bringing people together. From quarterly wine nights with 30+ friends to themed dinners or turning our apartment into a pop-up coffee shop, I’ve always loved creating environments that feel thoughtful, welcoming and easy. When it came time to plan my own wedding, it wasn’t about the planning - it was about designing an experience where every moment felt intentional and flowed naturally (Virgo tendencies, obviously).
At The Invite, my role is focused on the backbone of the experience. I help shape how spaces function and flow so the essentials are handled seamlessly and the moments that matter can take center stage. The goal is simple: gatherings that feel alive, magnetic and deeply considered.. the kind you wish you could bottle up and revisit. Your invite begins here!

After years spent bringing celebrations of every kind to life, we wanted to create a venue that feels as welcoming as the community around it. A place where people can gather, create, and feel supported from the moment they walk in.
With our background in styling, coordinating, and hands-on event management, we’ve designed The Invite to be more than a blank canvas; it’s a space shaped by real experience and genuine care for the people who fill it. Think of us as your built-in cheerleaders, here to make every detail feel intentional, effortless, and uniquely yours. In other words… you’re invited.

OUR FOUNDERS
The Invite was created by Lana and Noah out of a desire to fill a gap they felt firsthand as longtime members of the event industry. After years of building, designing, and supporting events through Let’s Bash, they saw a need for a venue founded by people who truly understand the work, creativity, and effort that goes into hosting meaningful events and who are rooted in downtown Phoenix. The Invite exists to support planners, brands, and hosts with a space that feels intentional, collaborative, and built by people who care. Our goal is to make a lasting impact in the Phoenix event scene and be a venue that champions the clients and creatives bringing their visions to life within its walls.
