Can I just stop by the venue or do I need to book a tour?

As much as we LOVE surprises, we require appointments for tours. You can click here to: BOOK A TOUR! OR you can come by on a day we are hosting a open house event, we’d love to meet ya!

I love the space, how do I get on the books?

  1. Come in for a tour or take a discovery call if you can’t swing by
  2. Sign the contract.
  3. 50% of your rental fee is due, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to your event.
  4. The date’s officially YOURS! 

How many people can I invite to my event?

Feel free to invite up to 250 people!

Do you have a preferred vendor list or can I bring in any vendors I want?

We’ve curated a list of vendors we love — our “Verified Guest List” — including photographers, planners, florists, culinary artists, and other creatives who make magic with us. Because great events start with great people, you’re welcome to bring your own team too; using our list is completely optional. All vendors must carry their own insurance, so you can mix and match freely while keeping your event safe and seamless.

Do you include a wedding or event coordinator?

The Invite does NOT include a wedding or event day coordinator BUT one of our team members will be your site manager during your event to make sure anything regarding the venue is taken care of (trash cans, bathrooms, AC control, need scissors?) We do offer an in-house day of coordination team, just let us know if you need extra assistance and we can connect you with our team! 

Per our contract: The Invite requires that the Client hire or appoint an event planner or coordinator (not participating in the wedding party). This requirement aids in the overall success of the event. This can be an outside planner/coordinator or a person from our in-house team! For recommendations, please reach out to our team members.

What if I don’t want the equipment, and only want the blank spaces?

Don’t need all the “things” and want to bring in all new items to make your vision? No problem! We can create a custom quote just for the spaces as is!

IS THERE A DEPOSIT? DO YOU OFFER A PAYMENT PLAN?

The Invite requires a 50% deposit to officially lock in your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event. 

Are wedding rehearsals included or do I have to book that time separately?

Our Envelope and Signature packages include a 1-hour rehearsal and the date and time for a rehearsal is just dependent on availability for the days prior to wedding day. We also allow clients to bring personal decor and alcohol to their rehearsal to avoid needing to drop items off on wedding day. We will keep items safe!

Does everything need to leave the same night as my event?

Yes, we do require all personal decor and alcohol is removed from the venue site the same day as the event. We encourage clients to have a plan in place at our 30-day meeting!

Are all the package prices the same or are there different rates?

All our package prices change depending on the day and season. In order to see our pricing guide, you’ll need to submit an inquiry and request a guide or come in for a tour and chat through the options.
