These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of theinvitephx.com (the “Website”), including booking requests, event inquiries, communications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

1) Who We Are (Operator / Venue)
Lets Bash Event Rentals and Coordination LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“Operator,“we,” “us,” “our”), operates the event venue marketed under the brand name “The Invite” (the “Venue”). The Venue is owned by The Invite Venue LLC. “The Invite” is a trade name and is not a separate legal entity.

2) Services
This Website may allow you to request venue availability, submit booking inquiries, request add-ons and services, communicate about event details and payments, and review policies, rules, and venue requirements. We may modify or discontinue the Website or Services at any time.

3) Eligibility & Age Requirements
Some events may require 21+ admission, especially where alcohol is served. You are responsible for ensuring you and your guests meet event requirements and comply with all laws.

4) Booking Requests Are Not Guaranteed
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability, approval, entry, or a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation and any required retainer/payment has been received.

5) Venue Use Is a License — Not a Lease
Any approved booking grants a temporary, revocable license to use the Venue during the contracted rental period only. No lease, tenancy, or real property interest is created.

6) Rental Period / Overtime
Use is limited to the scheduled start and end times. Early access, late exit, or overtime requires written approval and may be billed hourly.

7) Fees, Retainers, and Payments
If you book the Venue, you may be required to pay a non-refundable retainer to reserve the date, remaining balance by an agreed deadline, deposit / security /damage  deposit, and add-on fees. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation without refund.

8) Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation/refund eligibility depends on timing and written policies applicable to your booking. Retainers are non-refundable, and late cancellations may forfeit all payments. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may include fees.

9) Rules of Use; Prohibited Conduct / Items
You agree that you (and all guests/vendors) will use the Venue in a safe, lawful, respectful manner and comply with all Venue rules, including prohibitions on illegal activity, fireworks / open flames / hazardous materials, confetti / glitter / fog machines/adhesives, and excessive noise or ordinance violations. Violation of venue rules may result in termination of the event without refund and/or removal of guests/vendors.

10) Occupancy & Compliance With Law
You may not exceed maximum occupancy. You agree to follow all federal, state, and local laws and
regulations.

11) Alcohol Policy
Alcohol is not automatically allowed. If approved: client is solely responsible for compliance with Arizona liquor laws; no alcohol may be served to anyone under 21; alcohol must be served only by a properly licensed/insured Arizona bartender/service; no sale of alcohol is permitted; and Operator may suspend or end alcohol service at any time.

12) Assumption of Risk
Attending an event and using the Venue involves risks, including personal injury, death, property damage, alcohol-related incidents, and acts/omissions of guests and vendors. You knowingly assume these risks.

13) Insurance
Operator maintains property insurance only. Operator may require clients to obtain event liability insurance (example limit: $1,000,000 per occurrence), naming required parties as additional insureds, and to provide proof prior to the event.

14) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Operator, The Invite Venue LLC, and their members / managers / owners / employees / agents / affiliates from claims and costs arising out of your event or Venue use, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct (to the
fullest extent permitted by Arizona law).

15) Damage & Cleaning
You are responsible for damage caused by you, guests, or vendors. Excessive cleaning or repairs may be deducted from deposits and/or billed.

16) Vendors
Vendors must be pre-approved. You are responsible for vendor compliance and actions.

17) Photography & Recording
Operator may photograph or record events for marketing / promotional purposes unless the client provides written objection prior to the event.

18) Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control (acts of God, government orders, emergencies, utilities failure, etc.). In such cases, Operator may offer rescheduling or partial refund at its discretion; refunds are not guaranteed.

19) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim related to the Services, event, or booking will not exceed the total rental fees actually paid. We are not liable for consequential / incidental / special / punitive damages.

20) Claims Deadline; Waiver of Jury Trial
Any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the event date (or be barred). You waive the right to a jury trial to the maximum extent permitted by law.

21) Governing Law; Venue
These Terms are governed by Arizona law. Exclusive venue for disputes is state or federal court in Maricopa County, Arizona.

22) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website means you accept changes.
